Abdulhamid Dabaiba, head of the Government of National Unity, received a written message on Wednesday from Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Mustafa, delivered by Minister of Industry Arafat Suleiman, who is visiting Tripoli to participate in the General Assembly meeting of the Arab Industrial Development Organization. The media office of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity stated on its Facebook page that the Palestinian Prime Minister’s letter to Dabaiba addressed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and expand areas of joint cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, Dabaiba reaffirmed Libya’s steadfast and supportive stance toward the Palestinian people and their just cause, reiterating the government’s support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and the strengthening of bilateral cooperation in various fields, particularly in the industrial and economic sectors.
For his part, the Palestinian Minister of Industry praised Libya’s supportive stance toward Palestine, noting his participation in the 29th session of the General Assembly of the Arab Organization for Industrial Development, Standardization, and Mining, hosted by the capital Tripoli and organized by the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, and emphasizing the importance of this event in strengthening Arab cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the fields of industry, standardization, and mining.
