Work began on Sunday, in the city of Qasr al-Akhyar on the construction of a modern administrative complex, in the presence of Mayor Abdulrahman Khalifa and Municipal Council member Hisham al-Hamrouni, in a move that reflects the municipality’s commitment to developing infrastructure and enhancing administrative and service facilities.
The project is being built on the site of an old, dilapidated building that has been demolished and will be replaced by a modern three-story administrative complex designed according to contemporary engineering standards. This will help provide a suitable work environment and improve the efficiency of services provided to citizens, according to the Libyan News Agency.
During his on-site visit to monitor the project’s launch, the mayor emphasized that this achievement is part of the municipality’s plan to develop public facilities and improve the urban landscape, noting that the city of Qasr al-Akhyar needs more time and sustained effort to achieve the desired development.
