Menfi discusses the latest developments in the political landscape with the Advisory Committee of the Supreme Council of the Amazigh of Libya

Presidential Council leader Mohamed Menfi met on Thursday, with the Advisory Committee of the Supreme Council of the Amazigh of Libya, in the presence of Nuh al-Malti, a member of the High Council of State.

The meeting featured an extensive discussion on the latest developments in the country’s political landscape.

The meeting held at Presidential Council headquarters in Tripoli, addressed ways to strengthen national consensus, thereby supporting efforts to consolidate stability and create a conducive environment for holding elections on constitutional and legal grounds that ensure transparency, integrity, and equal opportunities for all Libyans, according to the media office of the President of the Presidential Council.

The Media Office added that the meeting also addressed the issue of the rights of cultural and social groups in Libya, where the importance of preserving national diversity as a pillar of national unity was emphasized, as well as ensuring the participation of all Libyan groups in shaping the country’s future without marginalization or exclusion.

The meeting comes as part of a series of meetings and events held by Menfi with various political and social figures from different regions of the country, as part of efforts aimed at mobilizing support for the political process.
