Misrata Municipality announced on Sunday, the opening of an on-site gas refueling station in the Zawiya al-Mahjoub area.

The station is operated by the Misrata Regional Administration of the Brega Oil Marketing Company.

Its opening is part of efforts to organize distribution on the ground and reduce pressure on filling stations, ensuring the smooth flow of service and making it more accessible to citizens, according to a statement issued by the municipality.

The opening was attended by the mayor and members of the Misrata Municipal Council, the deputy mayor, the deputy minister of social affairs, and the chairman of the board of directors of the Brega Company, along with a number of the city’s dignitaries and elders.
