On Friday, the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) announced the delivery of tension and suspension chains for the West Tripoli-Taba power transmission line project, which has a capacity of 400 kV.
According to a brief statement from the company, this equipment will be used in ongoing construction on the project to increase the efficiency of the transmission network and keep pace with growing electricity demand.
On November 13, the General Electricity Company distributed insulators for the West Tripoli-Taba project.
