UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed affirmed his country's readiness to support any dialogue to end the transitional phases in Libya through elections.

This came during his meeting with Government of National Unity Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dabaiba on Tuesday at Al Manar Palace in Abu Dhabi.

The meeting also discussed economic cooperation between the two countries, the latest political developments in the region, the situation in Libya's neighboring countries, and unifying efforts between the two countries for calm and stability.

During his visit to the UAE, Dabaiba also participated in the World Government Summit, which kicked off on Monday.
