Turkey's Foreign Ministry announced that Minister Hakan Fidan will visit Libya on Wednesday.

The ministry added in a statement on Tuesday that Fidan will discuss bilateral relations during the visit, as well as developments in Libya and the region.

Before leaving Turkey, the minister said that his country had decided to reopen its consulate in Benghazi soon, according to Anadolu Agency.
