Members of the National Safety Authority office in Bani Walid were able to recover and remove a number of unexploded shells, which were found near the Bani Walid Airport property fence.

The authority's media office tells Alwasat that a team of technicians were directed the site immediately after receiving a report from citizens about the shells, adding that the operation took place with the support of the Bani Security Directorate.

The authority renewed its call to all citizens not to touch any foreign objects and to communicate with it's team if they discover war remnants so that they are removed immediately.
