Libyan Presidential Council leader Mohamed Menfi held a discussion with western members of the 5+5 Joint Military Commission on the latest steps accomplished in unifying the military institution.

The meeting was held on Monday at Menfi's office, and also dealt with the military situation in the western region in general, according to a statement by the council's media office.

This comes after Menfi's meeting with Military Prosecutor, Major General Massoud Rahouma, earlier on Monday.
