Presidential Council leader and Supreme Commander of the Libyan Army, Mohamed Menfi, paid an inspection visit to the Military College, as well as the headquarters of the intelligence service in Tripoli, on Sunday morning.

During his tour of the General Intelligence Service, Menfi was briefed on the progress of work in the agency's departments, and recommended more efforts to achieve security throughout the country, according to his media office.

Upon his arrival at the Military College headquarters, Menfi was received the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Muhammad Al-Haddad.

He began his tour by inspecting the honor guard, shaking hands with department directors and laying a wreath to pay respects to the martyrs of the college.

His media office added that he was briefed on technical equipment and listened to full explanations of training programs and capacity-building projects, as well as the needs of facilities.
