The Speaker of Libya's House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, called on the Planning, Finance and General Budget Committee in the House not to approve the disbursement or distribution of any amount of money, especially from Chapter III related to development, until the matter is presented to the Presidency of the Council.

This came in a letter from the Director of the Office of the Presidency of House Affairs, Awad Al-Fitouri, to the committee on Thursday.

Al-Fitouri pointed out that similar letters were sent to the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, the President of the Administrative Control Authority and the President of the Audit Bureau, each according to their specific competence.
