The General Authority for Search and Identification of Missing Persons announced the exhumation of 118 bodies from the Dhahr Al-Ahmar cemetery, as part of its continuous work in the city of Derna.
The authority said in a statement that the specialized teams continue to take DNA samples in order to identify victims of Storm Daniel flooding.
The authority added that 120 bodies were buried in the Al-Fataeh cemetery and the Martyrs of the Valley cemetery, after the completion of legal procedures.
