Egyptian Red Crescent: Libya has dispatched the most aid for Gaza after Egypt

Data from the Egyptian Red Crescent Society showed that Libya ranked second in terms of the volume of humanitarian aid provided to the Gaza Strip, with a total load of 546.9 tons, behind Egypt, which provided 6,944 tons.

The Egyptian Red Crescent said that the total humanitarian aid to Gaza that reached al-Arish exceeded 9,262 tons, including 8,495 tons provided by Arab countries, and 767 tons provided by foreign countries.

Kuwait came in third place with 412 tons, Qatar fourth with 286 tons, Turkey with 203 tons, Pakistan with 165.6 tons, Russia with 115 tons, Algeria with 104 tons, and Bahrain with 79 tons.

Saudi Arabia provided 33 tons, Morocco 25 tons, Jordan 20.8 tons, the UAE 13.5 tons, and Tunisia 12.5 tons.

Libyan aid to Gaza

On October 26, the General Command announced the dispatch of a shipment of medical aid.

On November 6, the Interim Government of National Unity announced the dispatch of an integrated aid and relief shipment in support of the people of Gaza under the supervision of the Ministry of Defense and the Military Medical Authority.
