Teams affiliated with the Emergency Medicine and Support Center recovered two bodies and three bags of human remains from areas of Libya's eastern region hit by Storm Daniel flooding, according to a statement on Thursday.

The center said that the recoveries of human remains took place on Tuesday and Wednesday in Wadi um al-Barakat, east of Derna, and transferred to Al-Wahda Surgical Hospital to complete burial procedures.

Two bodies were recovered on Thursday.

The center added that it also set up 20 emergency aid distribution points and provided health care services to two people on Thursday.
