The Libyan News Agency reports that armed clashes took place between the 111th Brigade and the Support and Stability Apparatus at dawn on Sunday in the city of Gharyan.

The agency published a video clip showing fires and smoke rising from the sites of the clashes. 

The Director General of Gharyan Central Teaching Hospital, Khaled Zuwait, said in statements to the 'Libya Panorama Channel', that the hospital received two dead and two wounded as a result of the armed clashes this morning.

Gharyan University has also cancelled all activities due to the clashes taking place in the center of the city.
