The Kuwaiti Red Crescent announced the dispatch of a tenth plane to Libya as part of the air bridge to help those affected by Storm Daniel in Derna and the Green Mountain region.

The plance is carrying 20 tons of aid, medical materials and an ambulance.

Yousef al-Maraj, director of emergency and disaster management at the Kuwaiti Red Crescent, said relief flights will continue to Libya as directed by Emir Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Al-Maraj expressed his hope that the aid will contribute to alleviating the suffering of the Libyan people, and stressed that the Kuwaiti Red Crescent will intensify its efforts in providing assistance to those affected in cooperation with its Libyan counterpart.
