The Housing and Utilities Projects Implementation Authority announced the start of construction on a water network project in the Mazawgha area of Tarhuna Municipality.

The company responsible for the project will dig an underground well in addition to preparing a ground tank, fencing and a security chamber for the project, according to a statement by the authority on Thursday.

The authority also announced that it had reached the final stages of a project to connect residential communities located on the Abu Zein-Rahibat line to the Zintan water reservoir with a capacity of 12,000 cubic meters of water.
