Water covered the streets of Zliten, after heavy rainfall hit the city on Monday evening.

The National Meteorological Center added that 135.0 mm of rain fell in the Naima area, 97.0 mm in Zliten Center, 41.0 mm in Souq Al-Thalath, 25.0 mm in Majer and 25.0 mm in Souq Al-Juma.

The cities of Tripoli and Zuwara also witnessed a rainy night on Monday, which caused flooded streets and power outages on some roads.
