Libyan Government of National Unity Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dabaiba discussed on Tuesday, the strengthening of cooperation in fight against illegal immigration and supporting the efforts of joint committees in the field of alternative energy, with Maltese Foreign Minister Ian Borg.

This came during a meeting at the Prime Minister's Office in Tripoli, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs Najla Mangoush and the Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Adel Juma according to a statement.

Borg affirmed his country's support for efforts to hold elections in accordance with fair laws and ending Libya's transitional phases, he also praised the stability witnessed recently in the country.
