Bani Walid General Hospital announced on Wednesday the burial of migrants found in local valleys during the past period.

The director of the media office at Bani Walid General Hospital, Zayed Abu Qadandash, told Alwasat that the nine bodies had been housed in the hospital's mortuary.

Abu Qadandash confirmed that the burial process took place after the completion of medical procedures by a forensic doctor and legal procedures from the Public Prosecution in Bani Walid, in accordance with Sharia controls.

The burial was attended by the district attorney of Bani Walid, the director and staff of Bani Walid General Hospital and members of the Bani Walid Security Directorate.
