The head of Libya's interim Government of National Unity, Abdulhamid Dabaiba, met with the Algerian Ambassador to Libya, Suleiman Chenine, on Tuesday to discuss “executive procedures for activating the Ghadames-Debdeb crossing, and a number of related economic files,” according to his media office.

Dabaiba received the ambassador at the Prime Minister's Office in Tripoli.

The media office also added that the Algerian ambassador assured Dabaiba, during the meeting, of his country's support for the government's efforts to stabilize the country and reach elections.
