Libyan National Army Commander, Marshal Khalifa Haftar, discussed with the Greek Consul General, Stavros Venizelos, and Hellenic Parliament member Andreas Loverdos, the latest developments in the Libyan scene on Wednesday.

The General Command's Information Office said in a brief statement that the meeting was held at its headquarters in the city of Benghazi, and touched on "bilateral relations between the two countries," without disclosing further details.

This comes after Haftar received an American delegation on Monday, that included the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, Barbara Leaf, Ambassador Richard Norland and Chargé d'Affaires Leslie Ordeman.
