The resolution of the Libyan file was among the many topics that the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, discussed on Saturday, with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani.

The meeting held in Doha came before Qatar hosted the 5th United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries on Sunday.

The meeting touched on "developments in the occupied Palestinian territories, Libya and Afghanistan, and the latest developments in the Iranian nuclear talks," and a number of issues of common interest.
