Libyan President Council leader Mohamed Menfi arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on Wednesday to participate in the Non-Aligned Movement summit, according to the central Asian country's official news agency, AZERTAC.

Menfi was received at Baku's Heydar Aliyev International Airport by First Deputy Prime Minister Yakub Eyyubov.

AZERTAC reported that an honor guard was lined up for the reception which was decorated by the flags of both countries, "in appreciation of the high-ranking guest."
