Libyan Parliament Speaker Aguila Saleh arrived in Baghdad on Friday to participate in the 34th Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union conference, which will take place on Saturday and Sunday.

Upon his arrival in the Iraqi capital, Saleh was received by the President of the Arab Parliament Union and Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Mohammed al-Halbousi, according to his media office.

Saleh is accompanied by a delegation consisting of representatives Abdelsalam Nassiyah, Idris al-Maghrabi, Hamad Magig, and Abdullah al-Masri.
