The commander of the Libyan National Army, Marshal Khalifa Haftar, participated in the 16th edition of  The International Defence Exhibition & Conference (IDEX) and the 7th edition of the Naval Defence & Maritime Security Exhibition (NAVDEX), both taking place in Abu Dhabi.

After his arrival, Haftar was received by UAE Deputy Prime Minister Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, according to 'Libya Al-Hadath' channel.

IDEX is the largest joint defense exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa region.
