The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) announced the completion of maintenance and testing work on transformer No. 1 at the Western Sebha station.

Re-Starting the transformer will contribute to improving the performance of the electrical network within the city, according to a company's statement on Wednesday.

The statement also indicated that work is continuing on the maintenance of transformer No. 2, which is scheduled to enter the network during the next few days.
