Presidential Council leader Mohamed Menfi met with a delegation from the municipality of Rabyana on ways to involve the Tebu people in the national reconciliation project being led by the council.

The delegation included representatives from the Rabyana Municipal Council, local elders and civil society activists.

The meeting also looked at the needs of the Rabyana municipality, especially in the education and health sectors.

A statement from the council confirmed that the Tebu delegation affirmed their "full support for the leader of the Presidential Council," and his endeavor "to achieve peace throughout the country."
