The Government of National Stability's Deputy Prime Minister, Ali Al-Qatrani, confirmed that his government “will be supportive of all companies wishing to invest in the field of construction,” pointing to the launch of the reconstruction process to advance Libya, achieve development and stability.
This came in his speech during the opening of the International Exhibition and Conference for Building and Construction held in Benghazi on Monday.
Attending the exhibition were the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, the Chairman of the Steering Council of the Municipality of Benghazi, the Director General of the Benghazi Reconstruction, Member of Parliament Aisha Al-Tabaki, the Consul General of Egypt, officers from the army and investment companies specialized in building and construction.
In his speech, Al-Qatrani welcomed the investment companies and thanked all those in charge of the event, according to his media office.
He said, "The process of construction and reconstruction has begun to advance the country towards development and stability," stressing that it is a "serious priority for the government" and "will be supportive of all companies wishing to invest in the field."
The activities of the exhibition will continue until May 27, with the participation of major Egyptian and Libyan companies.
