The Ministry of Interior announced on Tuesday evening the seizure of one of the largest liquor facilities in the Tajoura region.

A statement published by the ministry's Facebook page stated that it raided a farm in the Tajoura area, in cooperation with members of the Tajoura Investigations Office and the patrols in the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control Agency.

The ministry added that it seized 55,000 liters of locally-made liquor, which "is considered one of the largest factories in the region and in the city of Tripoli".
