The Sabratha Security Directorate announced it raided a site used by human trafficking gangs to hold migrants.
In a statement, the directorate indicated that it "secured the transfer of 40 people of different African nationalities to the Anti-Illegal Migration Agency, to be placed in one of the shelters in Tripoli."
Last Thursday, the Sabratha Security Directorate announced that one of the suspects in several illegal immigration cases had been recently arrested, noting that he had been arrested at the Sabratha Police Department in the city.
