The Ambassador of Bangladesh to Libya, Shamim Al-Zaman, affirmed his country's ability to provide Libya with skilled labor to help with Libya's reconstruction and health sector.
This came during a meeting with Presidential Council Vice-Chairman Abdullah Al-Lafi on Wednesday, where two "discussed prospects for cooperation between the two friendly countries,” according to a statement by the Presidential Council.
The meeting also confirmed the "activation of previous cooperation agreements concluded between Libya and Bangladesh, including trade and economic exchange agreements."
