The second company of the Libyan National Army's (LNA) 128th reinforced brigade seized a shipment of weapons "en route to Mali and Niger".

The company said it found the shipment 100 kilometers from the city of Ubari, according to a video posted on its Facebook page.

Adding that the shipment was headed to "armed gangs and terrorist organizations" in the two states.

The LNA General Command previously announced on March 15, a "raid on a cell affiliated with al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb in Ubari," in which various weapons, light and medium, as well as anti-armor rocket launchers, as well as modern rifles not in local circulation, were found.
