A number of residents of the capital, Tripoli, performed Eid al-Adha prayers in Martyrs’ Square.

The Tripoli Security Directorate deployed its personnel to ensure the safety of worshippers and manage traffic in the area surrounding the square, in coordination with other security agencies, according to a statement posted on its Facebook page.
