The Tripoli Public Services Company said it is preparing for the 13th anniversary of the February 17th revolution by installing illuminated decorations and national flags in cooperation with the municipal guard.

On February 17, 2011, a popular movement in Libya began as part of the wave of "Arab Spring" revolutions, following Tunisia and Egypt.
