Presidential Council leader Mohamed Menfi extended his congratulations on Tuesday, to all the people of Libya on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.

In the message posted by Menfi on his X account, he stated: “I congratulate our great Libyan people throughout the country and those living abroad on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.”

He reiterated the need to “uphold the values of compassion and brotherhood that unite us, which characterize our unique, diverse, and cohesive social fabric despite all the hardships our noble society has endured.”

On the occasion of the holiday, Menfi called on everyone “to draw inspiration from the values of sacrifice and mercy associated with this occasion, in the hope that these blessed days will be days of goodness and harmony among all our people.”
