The Ministry of Tourism and Industry of the interim Government of National Unity has assigned a team to visit the municipality of Jadu to identify the most prominent cultural and natural sites in it, in preparation for turning them into tourist attractions and including them among destinations in Libya.

This came during a visit to the municipality by Tourism Undersecretary Hanan Hussein, Minister of Education Dr. Moussa Magarief and Technical Engineer Khalaf Al-Sifao.

Hussein pointed to the quest to revive a tourism festival in the municipality, which matches the cultural and natural values that abound in Jadu, and matches the splendor of the city and its surroundings.
