The Administrative Centers Development Authority announced the completion of the Kufra General Hospital project, as part of the 'Return to Life' plan announced by Government of National Unity.

The government said that the project consists of two main sections: the main building represented by the two-story hospital, while the second section includes annexes.

The ground floor houses the hospital administration, outpatient clinics, ambulance, emergency, obstetrics and shelter departments and two operating rooms.

The hospital also includes an MRI department, two resuscitation departments, an intensive care department, a sterilization department, a dialysis department, two separate departments for general surgery and orthopedics, a pediatric department, a central pharmacy, two medical gas rooms, and a mechanical room.
