The Ministry of Health for Libya's parliament-appointed government delivered on Tuesday, medical equipment, devices and materials to Susa General Hospital, "to contribute to alleviating the suffering of patients after the flooding disaster in the city".

The director of Susa General Hospital, Dr. Abdel Salam Ragab, confirmed the arrival of a truck carrying devices and equipment for various departments, including operations, care and nurseries for children, according to a statement published by the government.

The government stressed the need to intensify support for the health sector in all municipalities, cities and regions, to upgrade the level of the sector in a way that meets the needs of patients.
