Libya's National Center for Disease Control announced the registration of 64 new Covid-19 infections after testing conducted on Sunday.

In it's daily bulletin released on Monday, the center also noted that there were 289 recoveries from the virus and four deaths.

This brings the total number of infections in Libya to 501,559 cases of which 5,631 are still currently active, with a total of 6,408 deaths since the outbreak began in the country during March 2020.
