Libya's National Center for Disease Control announced the registration of 75 new Covid-19 infections after testing conducted on Saturday.

In it's daily bulletin released on Sunday, the center also noted that there were 221 recoveries from the virus and seven deaths.

This brings the total number of infections in Libya to 501,495 cases of which 5,860 are still currently active, with a total of 6,404 deaths since the outbreak began in the country during March 2020.
