Akakus Oil Operations recorded its highest daily production rate since 2014, at 332,056 barrels of crude oil in July 2026.

The company said in a statement posted on its Facebook page, that this achievement was made possible by the efforts of its national workforce and the ongoing cooperation among various work teams, emphasizing that the increase in production resulted from the continued implementation of well drilling and completion programs, along with improvements in operational efficiency, which contributed to raising production capacity, enhancing operational reliability, and achieving the company’s targets.

It added that this performance reflects its commitment to continuously developing its operations and enhancing operational efficiency, relying on the expertise of its national workforce and the integrated efforts of management, operational, and support teams.
