The Minister of Transport for Libya's Government of National Unity Mohamed Shahoubi discussed the resumption of flights between Libya and Morocco, and the return of Air Maroc planes to Libyan airports.

This came during a meeting in Rabat with Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and African Cooperation Nasser Bourita and Moroccan Minister of Transport and Logistics Mohamed Abdeljalil, according to a statement.

The meeting also dealt with the opening of a maritime line between Libya and Morocco, and the facilitation of entry visas for citizens between the two countries within the framework of activating the joint committees between the two countries.

It is noteworthy that the meeting came on the sidelines of Shahoubi's participation in the Ministerial Conference on Middle-Income Countries hosted in the Moroccan capital.
