Libya Presidential Council Vice-President, Ahmed Maiteeg, participated in an economic event organized by several French ministries under the title 'Opportunities of the Libyan Economy' in the capital Paris, at the invitation of the French Ambassador to Libya, Beatrice du Helen.

In a speech, Maiteeg reviewed the economic situation in Libya since the Government of National Accord took office, the policies and economic reforms it has implemented.

He expressed his hope that France will participate actively in the development programs and projects implemented by the Accord government, stressing the need for the economic event to come up with programs of action for the benefit of both countries.
