The total exceptional financial arrangements allocated to the National Oil Corporation during 2023 amounted to about 17.543 billion dinars, out of a total expenditures by the state of 125.726 billion dinars.

This came in the disclosure and transparency report issued by the Ministry of Finance for the Government of National Unity.

The report, which covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2023, also showed that the exceptional financial arrangements for the General Electricity Company, which amounted to about 7.196 billion dinars.
