The main warehouses of the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) received spare parts for the North Benghazi, South Tripoli and Al- Khoms power stations.

American company GE shipped the parts to the company through the port of Tripoli, according to a statement by GECOL on Wednesday.

The equipment comes as part of a contract for the maintenance of long-term generating units, to raise their efficiency and extend their life, according to the statement.
