A ship arrived at the Tobruk seaport loaded with equipment and materials for the construction of the new Tobruk gas power station project.

The port received the ship and the equipment supplied by Greek company METKA on Tuesday morning, according to a statement by the General Electricity Company.

The statement added that this comes as part of the company's efforts to complete complete construction of the project and add new power production capacity to help cover the growing demand for energy.
