The head of Libya's Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi, received a "verbal message" on Monday from the Chairman of Sudan's Transitional Sovereignty Council, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan.

Sudan's ambassador to Libya, Ibrahim Mohamed Ahmed, conveyed the message during his meeting with Menfi at the Presidential Council in Tripoli, according to a statement.

Menfi's media office did not provide any other details about the meeting.
