Libyan National Security Adviser Ibrahim Bushnaf participated on Wednesday in the opening of the 11th Moscow Conference on International Security.

More than 100 countries are participating in the meeting, with Russian President Vladimir Putin delivering a closed-circuit speech at the opening.

The Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Nikolai Petrushev, inaugurated the work of the conference for high-level officials responsible for security issues in their countries.

Bushnaf, who received an invitation from Petrushev, is scheduled to meet a number of counterparts from several countries on the sidelines of the conference.
