The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) announced the arrival of new equipment and spare parts for the Misrata and Al-Khoms power stations at Tripoli seaport, supplied by the American company GE.

GECOL said on Monday that it continues to intensify its efforts to transport equipment and spare parts for production plants in various regions.

It indicated that it had transferred the new equipment from Tripoli seaport to its main warehouses before completing scheduled overhaul work.
